In 2016, Central Midori set forth into unique medical products manufacturing other than conventional laboratories HMI membrane keypad.
We had the opportunity to work with OSI Optoelectronics,
a leading provider of advanced optoelectronics and electronic assemblies in test and measurement, communication and tracking, and imaging in a wide variety of industries, including: Aerospace & Defense, Medical & Life Sciences, Automation & Industrial Production and Automotive & Consumer Electronics.
The transition from prototyping to engineering progressed through early 2017.
Two rounds of pilot run, client audit & qualification lead us to utmost client satisfaction and first article approval.
Production commenced towards end 2017 to date.

Applied skill:
Screen print with stringent thickness and sheet resistivity control, in circuit electrical test, automated visual inspection system
Thru holes screen printed on PET both sides and in continuous in circuit test.
Introduced automated visual and resistance inspection mechanism in 2021, vastly improve productivity.
